In this workshop we will do strong work in the legs referring back to the Principles of Alignment in the lower body and deep integration and opening of the upper back and shoulders in preparation for deep backbends.
A practice to open the heart and keep the heart open followed by an inner heart meditation and pranayama closing with chanting kirtan. Limited to 12 people.
