    Do you offer bikram yoga?

    • We do not have Bikram classes yet we offer the Absolute Hot Yoga Sequence which is similar to Bikram, Hot Yoga 1&2. We also offer Hot Yoga Flow Classes. Thank you.

        Todo los Profesores hablamos Español, pero en la clase en sí, no se habla Español.

    Teneis clases español.horarios y niveles

    • Puedes venir Martes y Jueves a las 19:30. La clases es en espanol y ingles. Es un gentle yoga.

    Hola, me gustaria saber si se podría ir a probar una clase sin tener ningún conocimiento previo de yoga y sin saber mucho inglés . Gracias

    Si puedes venir Martes o Jueves a las 19:30. La clases es en ingles y espanol. O Lunes y Miercoles a las 19:00.

    Buenos días me gustaría saber si hacéis algún tipo de yoga que me pueda ayudar en el proceso de embarazo? Aún estoy de poco tiempo pero quiero empezar a ejercitar mis estiramientos
