Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual science of self-awakening. All practices of yoga embrace our entire existence.

The journey of a yogi can be challenging and painful as well as exhilarating. There is no quick fix or a secret way to be at peace and comfortable with oneself.

It comes with constant effort, patience and acceptance.

My yoga teachings at present reflect great joy and a new found freedom that I wish to share with everyone that makes the choice to practice yoga. My intention is to guide my students to also feel the freedom to move beyond boundaries that we set upon ourselves, yet respecting our bodies limitations.

I teach a Vinyasa-style Yoga with deep respect for alignment and the benefits of restorative postures. I offer all my experience, lovely secrets and beautiful knowledge passed on from great teachers. If I can make it easier for people to wake up to their true potential, that is my purpose.

Vinyasa means "linking" or joining the breath with movement in a graceful "Vinyasa flowing form". Yoga postures can be sequenced in different ways with respect to poses followed by counter poses and the breath leads our bodies from one posture to the next. Opening your heart and surrending to the breath, will allow you to do your practice with pure consciouness and lightness.

"When you practice a sequence of asanas, you link them with conscious breathing. The real Vinyasa or link, however, is the intention with which you practice asanas. It is the intention that links the postures with consciousness instead of unconsciousness. The breath is a metaphor for that intention. If your intention is to practice asana to realize the Self, every breath you take will help break down your sense of separation from others."
